Office Administration Assistant

In our location in Szczecin we are constantly growing as a team. As a result, we are looking for Office Administration Assistant, to support us in our daily activities. We are looking for motivated, self-driven person who is eager to take up new challenges, learn and grow.
We work in an international organisation, so communication is in English. We hope that you have good skills in this language, which will allow you to communicate freely. It will be important for you to build relations with people and to ensure that all tasks are completed. That is why it  would be the best if you have an experience in administration or customer service area. 

If you can use MS Office (in particular MS Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook) and office equipment, work on a business trip while on the phone, and high priority email will not overpower your nerves - you will certainly be able to handle this position.

  • Office administration (telephones, mails, correspondence, processing orders),
  • Contact with external vendors - supervise the execution of contracts with external entities,
  • Support meetings arrangements,
  • Organization of business trips and visits and company events,
  • Administration systems,
  • Compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records,
  • care of Standard Operating Procedures.
