Logistics Manager

 

Working as a Logistics Manager you will become a key player within the logistic organization of a global medical device company with several leading brands within hearing health care.
Being a part of supply chain, you will have a chance to work closely with planning, production and purchase department securing the right level of the warehouse and on time shipment.
This position gives you a great opportunity to develop your experience in planning and arranging space requirements for storage of products and development of changes in distribution techniques and practices to meet inventory requirements.
Also, within the coming year, we will build a new factory where we would like to make a world class integration of all functions with the newest technologies. It would be great if you  become a part of this change.

What tasks are waiting for you with us?

 

• Arranging warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments;
• Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency;
• Meeting cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets – in the supply chain;
• Maintaining metrics and analyzing data to assess performance and implementing improvements;
• Ensuring that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met;
• Driving improvement in inventory availability, increasing inventory efficiency and ensuring that the company makes effective supply chain decisions;
• Recording of successful distribution, warehouse and logistics management.

 

It would be great if you:

 

• Have relevant experience in Supply Chain Logistics operations;
• Have bachelor’s degree in Logistic or Supply Chain discipline;
• Have an experience in leading logistic team in a production company;
• Have working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office (strong skills within Excel);
• Have English skills that allow you to conduct daily activities and run business meetings proficiently;
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Like to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
